Return and Exchanges
- Return Policy: Our Returns Policy allows returns within 7 days from the date delivered. Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information to confirm that we received your return. We are NOT responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process the return/credits for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, you must file a claim with the courier you used to ship your return. Please note, that ALL items must have their original tags attached, and be unworn and unwashed.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to make an exchange within 7 days, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item(s) and returning the original item(s). This ensures the availability of the item(s) and expedites the shipping process. All returns will be issued in store credit and will be processed upon arrival at our returns center.
- Assistance: If you can’t find the specific item(s) you’re looking for on our website, please contact us. Our dedicated customer service representative will be glad to assist you.
Return Shipping Costs and Process:
- We do not accept returns without prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.
- Ensure items to be returned are properly packaged, traceable, and have a valid tracking number. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
- We are not responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods during transit from the customer. A refund (minus original shipping charges, unless stated otherwise) will be issued upon inspection and confirmation of returned items.
